Purple Gelato is another tantalizing hybrid cannabis strain from Cookie Fam Genetics, following in the footsteps of its parents Sunset Sherbet and Thin Mint Girl Scout Cookies. This Bay Area, California native gets its name from the fruity, dessert-like aroma, a common genetic thread among the Cookie family.The first inhale was sweet and tangy. A perfect balance of citrus freshness and a light floral flavor, this strain was nothing short of amazing. After the first inhale, I felt instantaneously chill and relaxed. This flower delivered a tranquil and enraptured body high. My mind was clear but my body was limp and tingly. I enjoyed some quiet time alone on my couch before picking up the phone to order some food. This strain gave me quite the munchies, which for me is one of my favorite side effects of marijuana.
